3. Password & Profile Security

Your account details, purchases, and streaming tokens are for individual, personal use only. You must keep your credentials strictly confidential. If you share your login name or password with another individual, your profile is subject to immediate suspension. You are entirely responsible for all transactions and actions occurring under your account.

4. Billing & Statement Details

Payments are securely processed via Square Web Payments. The charge will appear on your bank statement under the merchant identifier "BABALOO STUDIOS". You are personally liable for all charges incurred. Any fraudulent reporting of lost or stolen cards to bypass payments is subject to legal dispute and immediate permanent account ban.

5. Jurisdiction & Severability

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. If any provision of this agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining terms shall remain in full force.

At Babaloo Studios, we respect your privacy as much as we value independent art. This declaration details the secure practices we use to collect, handle, and safeguard your credentials and financial transactions.

1. Personal Information Collection

We gather minimal personal details necessary to establish secure access to your purchased cinema catalog:

• Account Credentials: Full Name, Email Address, and cryptographic password hashes (hashed utilizing industry-standard Bcrypt). We never store raw passwords.
• Session Indicators: Web tokens (JWT) stored locally on your device to keep you securely signed in.
• Outreach Logs: Any name, email, and message details you voluntarily submit via our Contact Us channels.

2. Secure Square Payment Tokens

Financial transactions are protected using enterprise-grade security. Babaloo Studios does not collect, transmit, or store credit card details on our local servers.

Our storefront integrates directly with the secure **Square Web Payments SDK**. Card information is entered directly into hosted Square forms and returned to us in the form of a one-time cryptographic card token (`sourceId`). This ensures your bank details never touch our local database.

1. Immediate Digital Delivery

Upon successful completion of payment through the Square payment gateway:

• Your account is instantly granted lifetime digital access to stream the selected title.
• The selected title is immediately available for secure streaming inside your My Purchases library.

2. All Sales Are Final

Because digital streaming licenses are fully delivered and consumable immediately upon checkout, **all digital sales on Babaloo Studios are final**. We do not offer pro-rated refunds or cancellations once the movie license has been registered to your profile email.

3. Technical Exceptions & Customer Care

We understand that hardware anomalies can occur under the canopy. If you experience digital issues, we are committed to helping:

• Streaming Errors: If our HTML5 Plyr engine fails to render the movie due to bandwidth or device constraints, please try playing inside another browser or check out the direct cloud download options.
• Double Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same movie twice using the same email account, contact our outreach team within 48 hours of transaction. We will verify the ledger logs and issue a credit or refund for the duplicate charge.
